Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Returns are only accepted if the product has a defect. If an order arrives with a defect or damage, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days of receiving the item, along with photo proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for items that are too small or too large. Please refer to our size guide and ensure accurate measurements before purchasing.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by AAAreplicaRolex within 7 days of receiving the purchase.
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  • All returns are subject to a $50.00 restocking fee per package.
  • You must notify us before returning any items. Please provide your full name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. Do not ship a product back unless it has been approved. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging as received.

Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning items. The item total is refunded minus a $50.00 restocking fee. Our customer service team is always ready to assist you with any concerns.

REFUNDS

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. After receiving the returned item, AAAreplicaRolex will credit the customer’s account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee. AAAreplicaRolex will not refund any customer whose order is not received due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout unless the order is classified as undeliverable and returned to AAAreplicaRolex. In the case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States, we will offer a refund or send out a new package. This only applies to packages that were never delivered. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to file a claim for the missing package with the post office.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please contact us first for approval. After the return is approved, print out your email invoice and mail it along with your item back to us, indicating what you would like exchanged. Once we receive it, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product.
